Taipei Poetry Festival, established in 2000 by local government, promotes poetry through various art forms. The festival features poetry lectures, live performances, and innovative events blending poetry and art. As a project manager, I executed events to create unique experiences. I coordinated with poets, artists, designers, and technical teams to launch diverse events, captivating audiences and making poetry accessible to citizens.
