Problem Summary

We partnered with Children's Creativity museum in San Francisco to explore how to sustain and enhance the value of creativity for visiting families, not just within the museum but also at home.

By developing a comprehensive service design process, we introduced a new navigation system that included a guidebook, informational placard, and a redesigned resource website to enhance the engagement.

Problem Summary

Parents in the museum felt disconnected and unclear about how creativity benefits their child. Despite being key decision-makers, they lacked support and tools to stay engaged—both during and after the visit.

The museum needed a way to clearly communicate the value of creativity and extend the experience beyond its walls.
